Ethical Publishing – Terms & Conditions Clause

1. Nature of Services
NextPUB provides professional research and editorial support services, including journal identification, manuscript editing, formatting, plagiarism checks, compliance review, and submission assistance. NextPUB operates strictly as a service provider and does not act as a publisher, journal, or editorial authority.
2. No Publication Guarantee
NextPUB does not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, impact factor, or processing timelines for any manuscript. Final publication decisions are solely determined by the respective journals, editors, reviewers, and publishing bodies.
3. Ethical Conduct
NextPUB follows internationally accepted ethical publishing standards and does not engage in:
- Fabrication or falsification of research data
- Manipulation of peer review systems
- Editorial bribery or influence
- Ghost authorship or unethical authorship practices
- Submission to known predatory or fake journals
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients confirm that all research is original, data is genuine, and authorship is accurate. Clients are responsible for responding honestly to reviewer comments and complying with journal requirements.
5. AI & Tools
AI-assisted tools may be used for language enhancement and structural suggestions. AI-generated content is not considered original research. Final accountability rests with the client.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are for professional services rendered and are not linked to publication outcomes. No refunds shall be issued on grounds of rejection or delay by journals.
7. Legal Position
NextPUB is not liable for editorial decisions of third-party journals. Any disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
8. Anti-Harassment & Communication
Any form of coercion, threats, harassment, or third-party intimidation shall be documented and dealt with through appropriate legal channels.
