1. General Policy

All payments made to NextPUB are strictly for professional research and editorial services. Since services involve intellectual effort, time, and resource allocation, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Scope of Services

Refunds shall not be applicable for:

Journal rejection
Editorial delays by journals
Client dissatisfaction with reviewer comments
Change of mind after service initiation
Failure of manuscript to meet journal standards

3. Publication Disclaimer

NextPUB does not guarantee publication or acceptance. Payments are for process-based services and not linked to outcomes.

4. Partial Work

If a project is terminated by the client after initiation, no refunds shall be provided for completed or in-progress work.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

NextPUB fails to initiate any service after payment

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

7. Acceptance

By making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this No Refund Policy.
