Dr. Dilip Nandkeolyar, an alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management in Manila, holds a postgraduate degree in Management and a Doctorate from Thapar University. With over 40 years of diverse experience in industry, consulting, research, training, and teaching, he has spent 22 years in senior management roles. He has significantly contributed to organizational turnarounds and career development within multicultural teams. He also has over 10 years of teaching experience, focusing on Entrepreneurship, SME development, Business Strategy, and Marketing. His philosophy emphasizes delivering exceptional value to ensure mutual success.
Dr. Jyoti Batra
Senior Advisor
Dr. Jyoti Batra is an accomplished academic leader and researcher with nearly three decades of experience in biomedical sciences, research administration, and scholarly publishing. She currently serves as Dean (Research) and Professor of Biochemistry at Santosh Deemed-to-be University, where she also heads the UNESCO Bioethics Unit. Her career spans prestigious institutions such as Lady Hardinge Medical College and AIIMS, New Delhi, along with active roles in editorial boards and research councils.
Dr. Batra has authored more than 145 peer-reviewed publications, supervised Ph.D. and postgraduate scholars, and contributed book chapters in her areas of expertise, which include neuro-biochemistry, oxidative stress, and molecular mechanisms of disease. She has been recognized with awards such as the William Harvey Research Award (2015) and has played a pivotal role in establishing research ecosystems within universities.
At NextPUB, Dr. Batra provides strategic guidance to researchers and institutions, mentoring them through every stage of the publication journey. Her vision is to empower Indian academia to achieve global visibility, uphold ethical standards, and create impactful contributions to knowledge.
Dr. Anand Kumar
Director - Anand Institute of Mathematics, New Delhi
Anand Kumar, Director of Anand Institute of Mathematics, is recognized as a mathematical genius. He completed his M.Tech and Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and holds multiple top rankings in national examinations. Anand secured All India Rank 1 in the CSIR NET-JRF Mathematical Science Examination several times, consistently achieving over 80% marks, and earned All India Rank 3 in the GATE Mathematics Examination. His exceptional academic accomplishments and expertise have established him as a leading figure in mathematics education.
Dr. Radha Mohan
Dr. Radha Mohan is a distinguished academician and researcher with an illustrious career spanning over four decades in teacher education, educational research, and curriculum development. A Ph.D. holder in Education with a specialization in Computer-Aided Instruction, she has mentored numerous Ph.D. and M.Phil. scholars and contributed extensively to educational research. She has served in esteemed institutions, including Stella Matutina College of Education and Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth, influencing teacher training and pedagogy. Dr. Mohan is a prolific author, having published numerous research papers and books on teacher education, educational technology, and research methodologies. Her contributions extend to curriculum development, faculty training programs, and national-level academic initiatives. A recipient of several accolades, including recognition by international biographical institutes, she remains a thought leader in the evolving landscape of education.

Bhawna Narang

Bhawna Narang serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NextPUB, where she leads the company's operational strategy, delivery excellence, client success, and organizational growth initiatives. With over 18 years of leadership experience across the scholarly publishing, educational technology, and knowledge services sectors, she brings deep expertise in building scalable operations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Throughout her career, Bhawna has held leadership positions with globally recognized organizations, including Innodata Inc., Aptara, Magic EdTech, Academian Inc., and Nexority. She has successfully managed large-scale publishing and digital transformation projects, led cross-functional teams, optimized operational workflows, and implemented customer-centric delivery models for international clients.
At NextPUB, Bhawna is responsible for strengthening operational excellence across research support, publication management, institutional collaborations, quality assurance, and business process optimization. Her leadership is focused on developing efficient systems, nurturing high-performing teams, and ensuring that every researcher, institution, and healthcare professional receives a seamless and high-quality experience.

Ms. Varna Sri Raman
Chief Content Officer (CCO)
Dr. Varna, with a PhD in Development Studies from TISS Mumbai and postdoctoral degree in School Innovations, has sixteen years of experience in India's development sector. She holds dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Public Policy. An award-winning socio-legal researcher, Varna has expertise in public health communications, education, governance, and climate change across seven countries. She founded ImpactMojo, providing insights and training on development issues, and PinPoint Ventures, a development research advisory firm. Her notable projects include mapping COVID data, developing a MEL framework for global programs, and creating India's first gold-standard RCT on education vouchers.
Dr. Neha Saini
Head – Content (Medical)
Dr. Neha Saini is a biomedical researcher, medical writer, and scientific publications specialist with expertise in medical writing, manuscript development, journal submission support, patent drafting, research mentoring, and biomedical documentation.
She holds a PhD in Medical and Health Sciences from Symbiosis International University, Pune. Her research expertise spans nanobiotechnology, biosensors, molecular biology, translational biomedical applications, diagnostics, and nano-enabled therapeutics.
Dr. Saini has contributed to 50+ research manuscripts, 100+ book chapters, 30+ patents, and 30+ books across APA, AMA, Harvard, and Vancouver styles. She has also trained and mentored UG, PG, and medical students in research methodology, scientific writing, manuscript drafting, journal selection, and publication processes.
At NextPUB Medical, Dr. Saini leads the medical content vertical, ensuring scientific accuracy, publication quality, ethical writing practices, and strong research support for clinicians, academicians, medical researchers, and healthcare institutions.
Her role strengthens NextPUB Medical’s mission to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and globally competitive medical research and publication support.
Dr. Sumaira Gulzar
Head – Content (Humanities & Management)
Dr. Sumaira Gulzar is an accomplished academician, researcher, and scholarly publishing professional with more than a decade of experience in higher education, research, and academic content development. She has authored numerous research papers published in reputed national and international journals and has contributed extensively to research across management, education, social sciences, and interdisciplinary domains. Her academic interests include research methodology, scientometric analysis, artificial intelligence in education, organizational behaviour, sustainable management practices, and advanced research analytics.
At NextPUB, Dr. Sumaira Gulzar serves as the Head – Content (Humanities & Management) and Vertical Head – Data Analysis, where she leads two critical pillars of the organization's research ecosystem.
As Head – Content (Humanities & Management), she oversees the conceptualization, development, and quality assurance of scholarly manuscripts across management, humanities, education, social sciences, commerce, economics, psychology, and interdisciplinary research. She works closely with researchers, academicians, and institutions to ensure that every manuscript demonstrates methodological rigor, academic originality, and alignment with the scope and expectations of leading Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed-indexed journals. Her expertise spans research planning, systematic literature reviews, manuscript structuring, academic writing, publication strategy, and editorial quality management.
In her role as Vertical Head – Data Analysis, Dr. Gulzar provides strategic leadership in research design, statistical analysis, and evidence-based data interpretation. She specializes in questionnaire development, sampling design, data cleaning, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, and the application of advanced statistical techniques using tools such as SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, R, and other analytical software. Her expertise enables researchers to generate robust, reproducible, and publication-ready findings that meet international research and reporting standards.
With a strong commitment to research excellence, academic integrity, and ethical publishing, Dr. Gulzar mentors scholars throughout the complete research lifecycle—from study design and data analysis to manuscript preparation and journal submission. Through her leadership, she plays a pivotal role in empowering researchers to produce impactful, globally recognized scholarship while strengthening the culture of high-quality, data-driven research across academic institutions and research organizations.

As a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in Computer Applications from UP Technological University, Nazim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the realm of technology and education. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful change, Nazim has emerged as a leader in the field of educational technology (EdTech).
Dr. Rocktotpal Konwarh
Vice President – Pre Submission
Dr. Rocktotpal Konwarh, an interdisciplinary researcher and educator, received his M.Sc. (Gold Medallist) in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences (specialization: Nanobiotechnology) from Tezpur University, India. Following his doctoral studies, he served as a DBT Research Associate in Bioinformatics at Tezpur University and later as an Institutional Post-Doctoral Fellow in Biomaterial Engineering and Nanomedicine at IIT Guwahati, India. His academic journey includes faculty roles at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University, Ethiopia, and guest teaching engagements at Dibrugarh University, Jimma University, and Mekelle University. Currently, he works as a Scientist at Baba Kinaram Research Foundation (Mau, Uttar Pradesh, India). His research niche includes nanomaterials, silk-derived bionanomaterials, enzyme technology, polymeric nanocomposites for biomedical applications, tissue engineering, and targeted therapeutics. Some of his recognitions include associate membership of the Institute of Physics (UK), IASc-INSA-NASI summer research fellowship, DBT junior and senior research fellowships, Canadian Commonwealth fellowship at the University of Guelph (Canada), DST-UKIERI visiting fellowship at University College London (England), and a couple of Young Scientist Awards. In addition, he holds reviewer and editorial positions in several international journals and has authored widely cited research and review articles, alongside book chapters. He enjoys quizzing, swimming, painting, travelling, and occasional poetic scribbling.
